In both my pregnancies I managed to stay active throughout, doing cross-fit till 30 weeks in my second pregnancy. I briefly struggled with PSD at this point, but chiropractic care, was able to resolve the issue quickly.

I have done further training in various post graduate courses on how to optimally look after ladies at various stages of their pregnancies.

Keeping the supporting pelvic ligaments in check and making sure your pelvis stays aligned is key in pregnant ladies. As chiropractors we are skilled at treating the joints, muscles and ligaments affected by changes in posture, and hormones during pregnancy.

Keeping your pelvis in line, allows the little one maximum wiggle room, helping with both babies positioning and the delivery.
